The current market conditions have made us find new ways to do things. We are excited to share with you that we have added to our purchase portfolio mobile homes and land. With a great deal of success we have been able to buy, rehab and rent mobile homes. Some of them have been sold in different lots that we have acquired. And we have extended the geographical area where we work to find new and exciting deals.

Our bright spot has always been helping others. Hence our name. And our last experience is proof of this.

A mobile home owner reached out to us. His elderly parents live in a mobile home 30 miles from Houston. Both parents are in need of medical care that the son can no longer afford. He does not have siblings or family members that can help. He works in the field and rents a small apartment with a roommate. No space for anyone else or way to afford to rent a bigger place.

The public assistance has not been enough for a long time. Unfortunately both parents got Covid last year. Thankfully they both survived but not without health consequences.

The mobile home was in need of repairs, especially to the sewer system. This is vital for the health of the couple.

Our solution? Buy the mobile home from them, repair it and let them stay there for the following 10 years. We are making monthly payments that are a welcome relief to a much depleted financial family pocket. The son has peace of mind that his parents are in the house they know, living comfortably and with an additional monthly income to cover their medical expenses.
