…comes around!

A few years ago a family lost everything due to an illness. We provided support with time and money for them to be able to move in with extended family in another state. They walked away with cash for daily expenses for a while.

We recently rehabbed a home. In the current economic conditions getting approved for a loan is challenging so finding a buyer was taking time. And then we hear from the family that we helped relocate! Their financial situation is now stabilized and they received a job offer back in town.

We had a house, they we pre-approved and in a few days we were able to close. Very rewarding experience!
