Yesterday we received one of the most rewarding calls of our careers: a client for who we were able to secure a move to an apartment with a paid 6 month lease. She is a single mom and this move gave her the respite she needed to get her money situation resolved.

She was calling to thank us and let us know how her life had turned out (we follow up with our customers regularly). And one of her comments stuck with us. She mentioned that she had decided to give us the opportunity to help because we were the only team that seemed to care about “the day after”. She kept on hearing how the process would go all the way to the sale of the house, but what about the day after? She still needed to have a life for her and mainly her family.

This call was priceless. Life is complicated. What makes the difference is how we deal with the complexities and the success after the challenges.
