We met we a family last weekend that is in foreclosure. They showed us a stack of mail they had received as well as text, Facebook, email and voice communications. Somehow they met a woman that we had helped in the past. When she mentioned how easy the process had been with us, the head of the family did not want to believe it. It took a few more days for them to come to the conclusion that they did not have anything to lose. So they placed the call.

Not only we were able to help them, and we completed the entire process in 3 weeks. They also had 90 days to move after that. And during the 90 days, their situation changed and they were able to stay on the house! I could not have worked out better than it did.

This processes can be overwhelming. There is a lot of emotional charge to them as well. Relationships get stressed out, fingers get pointed, mourning happens and fear sets in due to the unknown.
