Help in 2 directions

There is a saying that reads “what goes around, comes around”. We experienced this a few weeks ago.

Over two years ago a seller reached out to us. He needed to sell his house fast. He had been injured, had lost his job and his family, and was buried under piles of medical bills. He needed fast relief to move to another state and stay there with his brother. We worked out a win/win deal where he had time and cash to move.

Three weeks ago this seller contacted us. He had been able to recover from his health challenges, had negotiated payment plans for his medical bills and he had been offered his old job in town. He was looking for a place to live and wanted to know if we could help him.

His former home had been turned into a rental. The contract with the tenant was about to expire. And now our new agreement is as a rent to own with him. He will rent the house for some months and then we will turn the contract into a sales agreement. He will be able to come back to his home, in the area he likes and surrounded by friends a neighbors that he has trusted for many years.

We wish him well and thank him for allowing us to be a part of his life history. There is nothing more rewarding than that.
